Hi, I'm Jenny Experience-obsessed product strategist & designer
For over eight years, I've helped companies of all sizes bridge the gap between business goals and how they show up for customers in digital experiences.
I have a background in UX & product design, and now specialize in product strategy at Instrument, where I work with companies to understand what they should build, then work with cross-discipline teams to bring experiences to life.
My approach is human-centered and data-rooted, whether I'm building a strategy and roadmap for an established global rental car company or defining a mobile app zero-to-one for an early-stage startup.
I'm an experienced people manager who leads with empathy. Having worked in-house, at startups, and in agencies, I'm comfortable managing stakeholders and navigating ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Outside of work you'll find me biking in the mountains or cross-country skiing, and otherwise relaxing with a book at a brewery or coffee shop, crocheting, or catching up on podcasts.

Human centered
I begin with a deep understanding of customer problems, needs and behavior. I believe in prioritizing user research and hearing from customers directly.
Business focused
I work directly with stakeholders to understand their business problems and goals. Ultimately design is a tool to help improve business outcomes.
Data driven
I believe in forming and testing hypotheses based directly in data of how users are behaving. I try to avoid assumptions and mitigate risk with user insights.
Iterative
I'm pragmatic, decisive and value getting something out the door early to learn and iterate!
